Which formulas does the template use?
ROI multiple = revenue ÷ cost. Cost per client = cost ÷ clients. Cost per booked call = cost ÷ calls. Break-even DMs = cost ÷ revenue-per-DM. The calculator computes all four automatically from the same inputs.
Should I use first-contract value or lifetime value?
First-contract value gives the conservative, cash-based ROI. LTV flatters the numbers — if you use it, label it clearly and never mix the two in one comparison.
