Cold DM Calculator is a direct message campaign planning and scenario estimation tool. You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the calculators and tools in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website and any outreach projections responsibly. You agree NOT to use our platform or recommendations to:

• Plan, encourage, or execute spam campaigns or bulk unsolicited messages.
• Coordinate unauthorized automation, scraping of private platform directories, or bot actions.
• Violate the terms of service, privacy rules, or developer policies of third-party platforms (including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
• Conduct any unlawful, abusive, or deceptive outreach practices.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Our calculators provide simulations based entirely on your assumptions and data inputs. We do not guarantee replies, leads, booked meetings, sales, followers, revenue, inbox deliverability, or overall campaign success. All conversion estimations are educational models, not promises of performance.

4. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring your direct message campaigns comply with applicable communication laws, local anti-spam legislation, privacy regulations, and each destination social media network's terms of service.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, & Stripe

Premium workspace seats or calculation credit packs are billed through Stripe. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and remain subject to the acceptable use rules outlined here.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party providers (such as Stripe for transaction processing and Google Analytics). We do not assume liability or responsibility for third-party operations, policies, or site integrations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wade Digital and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, accounts, or platform bans) arising from your use of this planning tool.
