Cold DM Calculator is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) and scenario estimation tool. Because outreach estimation metrics, reports, templates, and campaign planning access are delivered immediately upon upgrading your account or purchasing credits, payments are generally non-refundable once access, credits, reports, exports, or software usage has been provided.

Billing Errors & Review Period

If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced an outage preventing platform access, please notify our team. Billing errors can be reviewed if you contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Please specify your account email and transaction receipt.

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further renewal charges will be made. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
