ColdDMCalculator ("we," "us," or "our") provides cold DM outreach forecasting, campaign scoring, ROI estimation, risk/safety analysis, and optimization recommendations through web-based calculators and API access. This Refund Policy applies to all subscription fees and purchases made through our website.

ColdDMCalculator is a forecasting and planning tool. It does not guarantee deliverability, replies, booked calls, revenue, or compliance outcomes. Users are responsible for following all applicable platform rules, privacy, anti-spam, and data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

2. Subscription Fees

All subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis. Prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the plan you selected. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

3. Refund Eligibility

Because ColdDMCalculator provides digital software and API access that is delivered immediately upon purchase, the following refund policy applies:

  • Generally non-refundable: Payments for subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins and access has been provided.
  • Billing errors and duplicate charges: Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or accidental purchases if requested within 7 days of the charge date.
  • No refunds for lack of usage: Refunds are not provided for periods where the service was not used after access has been granted.
  • No refunds for results: Refunds are not provided because forecasting results, estimates, or recommendations do not meet expectations. ColdDMCalculator does not guarantee replies, sales, revenue, booked calls, or compliance outcomes.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage during a billing period
  • Campaign results not meeting expectations
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Disagreement with product positioning or features after purchase

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate and issue a refund for any confirmed billing errors.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email wade@colddmcalculator.com with the following information:

  • The email address used for the subscription
  • The date of the charge
  • The amount charged
  • The reason for the refund request

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, your bank, or credit card issuer).
