Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

ColdDMCalculator provides subscription-based access to its cold DM outreach forecasting, campaign scoring, ROI estimation, risk/safety analysis, and optimization recommendation tools and API services. This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your subscription and what happens after cancellation.

ColdDMCalculator is a forecasting and planning tool. It does not guarantee deliverability, replies, booked calls, revenue, or compliance outcomes. Users are responsible for following all applicable platform rules, privacy, anti-spam, and data protection laws in their jurisdiction.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done through the following methods:

• Account Dashboard/Customer Portal: If available, you may cancel directly through your account dashboard or customer portal.
• Email: Send a cancellation request to wade@colddmcalculator.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your account details so we can process the cancellation promptly.

3. What Happens After Cancellation

• Cancellation stops future renewal charges. You will not be billed for the next billing period.
• Canceling does not automatically refund past charges. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

4. Access Until End of Billing Period

When you cancel, your access to ColdDMCalculator tools and/or API services will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not lose access immediately upon canceling. No pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing period.

5. No Future Charges

Once your cancellation is processed, no further charges will be made to your payment method for the canceled subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions or products, please specify which one you are canceling.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails during a billing renewal, we will make reasonable attempts to process the payment again. If payment continues to fail, your access may be suspended or terminated. You will be notified of any failed payments via the email address associated with your account.
