ColdDMCalculator is a planning and forecasting tool. This page explains, in plain language, what data we handle, how it is protected, and the controls around accounts and the API. For the full legal terms, see our privacy policy and terms of service.
What we collect
- Inputs you provide. The reply, meeting, and close rates plus volume and pricing you enter to run a forecast. These stay within your workspace.
- Account data. Email and subscription status for paid plans, managed through our payment provider.
- API usage. If you use the API, we log requests and keys to operate and secure the service.
How we protect it
We follow industry-standard practices for a web application: encrypted transport in transit, access controls on internal systems, and least- privilege for staff. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your outreach assumptions to train external models.
The calculator does not connect to social platforms and never sends DMs on your behalf, which means we never hold your platform credentials for outreach.
Your controls
- You can export or delete your saved scenarios from your dashboard.
- API keys can be rotated or revoked at any time from your account.
- You can cancel a paid plan and request data deletion through your account or contact.
