ColdDMCalculator publishes planning guides, benchmarks, templates, and calculators to help operators model outreach assumptions. These guidelines explain how we create, review, and maintain that content so readers can trust it as educational material rather than advice or a guarantee.
Our content principles
- Educational, not advisory. Content explains how to plan and forecast outreach. It is not legal, tax, compliance, or business advice.
- Estimates, not promises. Benchmarks and calculator outputs are illustrative planning ranges based on user-provided assumptions. We never present them as guaranteed outcomes.
- Independent. We are not affiliated with Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, or any social platform, and we do not accept payment to influence rankings or recommendations.
- Reviewer-checked. Articles are reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with platform terms before publication.
Sourcing and benchmarks
Where we cite benchmark ranges, they are compiled from publicly available practitioner discussion and common industry norms. We do not publish scraped proprietary data. Because rates vary by audience, offer, and execution, we label every benchmark as a planning range and encourage readers to replace it with their own measured data.
Corrections and updates
Outreach norms and platform rules change. We review high-traffic content periodically and update it when guidance or benchmarks shift. If you spot an inaccuracy, contact us and we will review it.
