Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, which you can access from the Billing section of your dashboard. No cancellation fees apply.

What Happens After Cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. All your saved scenarios, reports, and settings are preserved — nothing is deleted. You will simply be subject to the Free plan's limits on new saves, exports, and API usage.

Credit Packs

Canceling your subscription does not affect any unused credit packs you have purchased. Credits remain on your account and never expire, regardless of your subscription status.

Reactivation

You can resubscribe at any time by visiting the Pricing page and selecting a new plan. Your previous scenarios and settings will still be available.
