When using ColdDMCalculator, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the service without prior written permission.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the API keys for unauthorized purposes or exceed the rate limits documented in the API documentation.
• Resell or redistribute the service or any part of it without explicit written permission.

API Usage

API keys are provided for programmatic access to the forecast endpoint. You may not share your API keys with unauthorized third parties. Excessive or abusive API usage may result in rate limiting or key revocation.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
